Boat Registration
Whether you’re racing, going offshore, or cruising the bay, registering your boat with Port Stephens Yacht Club is the first step to getting involved.
To participate in Club activities – including racing or social sailing – please ensure the following documents are completed and submitted:
- A Boat Registration Form
- A copy of your current Public Liability Insurance (minimum coverage as required)
- For racing boats: a completed Equipment Audit Form in the appropriate racing category
All documents should be emailed to the Club Captain prior to your first event.
Once registered, your boat will be entered for all relevant race series — no need to nominate individual events. Please note: boats that have not submitted the required documentation will not be considered starters in any race until all paperwork is received.
