Special Member Meeting – PSYC 2026–2029 Business Plan
Join PSYC Commodore Margaux Everett and the Port Stephens Yacht Club Board for the official presentation of the proposed PSYC 2026–2029 Business Plan.
Prepared over several months, the Plan is the result of extensive research, analysis and consultation with members, other yacht clubs, business leaders and key stakeholders, together with a detailed assessment of the Club’s current position and future opportunities.
This meeting gives members the opportunity to understand the strategic direction the current Board intends to implement if re-elected. Before voting at the Annual General Meeting, members will hear directly from the Board about its vision, priorities and recommendations, understand the reasoning behind them, and have the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification.
We encourage all members to attend and be part of the discussion as we shape the future of Port Stephens Yacht Club. Refreshments, including a light BBQ, will be available from 5.00pm, with the presentation commencing at 6.00pm.
