ABOUT THE EVENT
Join internationally acclaimed Australian designer Collette Dinnigan AO for an intimate evening at Port Stephens Yacht Club as she shares the stories behind her beautiful book, Bellissima: An Australian–Italian Affair.
Collette will take us through the people, places and experiences that have shaped Bellissima, sharing her love of travel, food, art, design and entertaining — and the stories that bring the book to life.
There is also a wonderful Port Stephens connection. During a visit to nearby Broughton Island, fresh squid and fish caught with friends inspired recipes that would later feature in Bellissima.
Guests will be welcomed with a glass of French Champagne and freshly shucked Holberts Oysters, before settling in for an evening of conversation with one of Australia’s most celebrated designers.
Books will also be available to purchase and have personally signed by Collette.
