Join internationally acclaimed Australian designer Collette Dinnigan OAM for an intimate afternoon as she shares the stories behind her beautiful book, Bellissima: An Australian–Italian Affair.
From her homes in Bowral, Darling Point and Italy to the people, places and experiences that inspire her, Collette will discuss her love of travel, food, art and entertaining.
Among the stories behind Bellissima is Collette’s visit to nearby Broughton Island, where fresh squid and fish caught with friends inspired recipes featured in the book. It is a special local connection that brings the world of Bellissima directly to Port Stephens.
