DESCRIPTION:Sunday 27 September 2026 \nA FREE community event. \nEver wondered what it’s like to sail on the spectacular waters of Port Stephens? \nJoin Port Stephens Yacht Club for Set Sail Sunday and enjoy a free sailing experience aboard one of our members’ yachts\, followed by an afternoon of BBQ\, live music and dancing at the Clubhouse. \nWhether you’ve never stepped aboard a yacht before or you’re simply looking for a fantastic Sunday out\, everyone is welcome. \nFree Sailing Experience \nPlaces aboard our yachts are limited\, so pre-registration is essential. \nSimply register your interest online and we’ll allocate you to one of our participating yachts before the event. \nProgram \n\n11.00 am – Meet at Port Stephens Yacht Club\n11.30 am – Depart for your sailing experience\nApproximately 2.30 pm – Return to the Club\n\nBBQ\, Live Music & Dancing \nFrom 3.00 pm\, everyone is welcome at the Clubhouse to enjoy live music and dancing with The Hippie Flares. \nA complimentary sausage sizzle will be available\, or bring your own meat\, salads or picnic and enjoy the afternoon overlooking the water. \nThe afternoon festivities are open to everyone\, whether you go sailing or simply join us at the Club. \nRegister Now \nSailing is free\, but places are limited. \nRegister your interest today to reserve your place aboard one of our participating yachts.
