Guests will be guided through a tasting of six carefully selected wines\, explore the stories behind each wine\, and gain practical knowledge that can be applied to future wine selections and food pairings. \nVirginia Jacobs brings extensive experience as a hospitality professional\, trainer and wine educator. Holding a Masters in Wine and Viticulture\, she is passionate about making wine accessible and enjoyable for everyone\, from complete beginners through to experienced wine enthusiasts. Her philosophy is simple: discovery is the key to enhancing the enjoyment of wine. \nYour ticket includes:\n• Guided tasting of six wines (red and white)\n• Professional wine education and tasting notes\n• A Riedel wine glass to take home\n• Access to the newly launched PSYC Wine Club \nGuests will also have the opportunity to purchase the wines featured during the tasting. Virginia has curated a companion selection of six additional wines\, allowing participants to create a mixed dozen showcasing a broader range of styles\, regions and seasonal favourites. Orders can be placed on the night through the PSYC Wine Club. \nThis is a BYO food event. Prior to the evening\, participants will receive suggestions from Virginia on suitable food pairings and simple platter ideas that will complement the wines being tasted\, allowing guests to create their own personalised tasting experience. \nLimited places available.
